Slightly repetitive but much refreshing read on managerial thought process – less process orientation, hierarchy, review and analysis- more of imagination, speed, observation and intuition. Much of KB’s personality is evident in the way the book has been written – fast-flying, non-pretentious and in-your-face. I’d suggest this book be read by all readers who like reading management books.
